BEN又寄來了這星期六讀書會的主題，每次看到他寄出來的agenda，看到他每週用心準備好幾個主題，就有莫名奇妙的罪惡感，因為我也翹太兇了吧，這週末應該再去一下好了。這禮拜其中的一個主題，1520-1550 Poti － group discussion topic: Which employee should be laid off (please see below)，我覺得還蠻有趣的，就跟同事討論一下，沒想到，又扯到了皇親國戚的話題，讓我感觸頗多，呵呵呵。一股，人在屋簷下，不得不低頭，的雲層，又從眼前沉沉的飄過了。

Budget Crunch

Situation

You are the supervisor of four assembly-line workers in the Hi-Time Watch Company. There is no union at the plant, and the workers make approximately the same weekly salary. 真的很難，我會選，我選不出來。我本來想說otto很優，她可以找到更好的，可是這個理論就像是，我跟你分手，因為你比較勇敢，你能承受這樣的打擊，而別人不能承受一樣。但是看到otto是handicapped，右為難起來。 
要用英文討論啦。。。。。。這是我們丁丁有限公司的的讀書會ㄟ
>逢說：偶的英文不行的 …………………我的個性就是這樣，不太鳥皇親國 ……. 除非他(她)能力夠強 (但也不會主動去得最這些人)，哈哈哈 …….
 >逢說：一開頭就是 “基於人道考量”，原因是她(Hilda)年輕 , 沒有家累 , 有背景(應該還容易找到工作) , 短暫失業應該可以承受的了。另外年輕多一點挫折可以幫助日後的發展
> 酸很乖的用英文回答：it's hand to choice who should leave this company,
if  the boss is "three three",i think he will choice everyone can stay, three recnet four people share.
if the boss is "litte S", i think he will make a big plan to let everyone stay.
if the boss is Irene, she will kick "Hilda"go.....because she is young.
She should go to another company  to have more experience. 
>凱凱又說：你們倆個都還蠻適合當主管的，看起來把Hilda 踢掉是合理的，只是不知道該怎麼跟他叔叔說明，而且可能自己就會被踢掉了，哈哈哈
